How to measure your chest:
Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, close under the arms and ensure that the tape is flat around the back.
How to measure your shoulders:
Shoulder measurements are taken from the back, place the measuring tape from the tip of one shoulder straight across to the other.
How to measure your waist:
The waist is measured across the belly button, measure around the fullest part of the waist
