Returns & Exchange Policy

Return:

We have a 14 working days return policy on our products, the returns period starts from when the order has been delivered to your address. If you wish to return an item(s) contact us via email or telephone. A helpful member of our staff will then explain the returns procedure and issue you with a return authorisation number (RAN). Please note that we do not cover the charges to send an item back to us.

Sending an item back without a RAN may prolong the returns procedure.

 

Exchange:

The same policy applies for exchanges, from the day of delivery there is a 14 working days period to exchange an item. Contact us via email or telephone where a member of staff will explain the exchange procedure and supply you with the return address and details. Please note that we do not cover the shipping charges to send an item back but will cover the shipping charges to send the exchanged item(s).

 

Custom orders:

All custom orders are non refundable, any item(s) which are custom ordered will be made separately so we encourage all our customers to be thorough in regards to what they require for a custom order.
